First Rescue was founded by two working paramedics who believe private EMS can be done better. We were dissatisfied with how many/most EMS companies do business, so we started our own to build the company we always wished we could work for.

Our vision is to maintain the highest standards of customer service, professionalism, and clinical care. Subsequently, our staff will be compensated appropriately. We’ll cultivate and maintain a team of people who take pride in their job, enjoy their time at work, and carry on the company culture of excellence.
