After leaving our previous positions, we began our new adventure and started our own EMS company! Our goal was to create an enjoyable workplace environment while still maintaining painfully high clinical standards. We want to be proud of the work we do and enjoy our jobs; we’d like the same for our staff. We’d like our patients to feel safe and cared for, and our hospital partners to feel well served.
